1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ace888 platform (accessible at ace888.app and any associated mobile interfaces), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the ace888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

ace888 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) ace888 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your ace888 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify ace888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your ace888 account.

ace888 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

Know Your Customer (KYC): ace888 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ace888 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your ace888 account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
• ace888 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your ace888 account.
• ace888 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of your payment provider.
• ace888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to withdrawal.

ace888 reserves the right to reverse any transaction that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, erroneous, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ace888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Bonuses have a validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings not used within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ace888 platform — including live dealer games, slots, sports betting, and specialty games — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

ace888 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live dealer games use physical cards, dice, and roulette wheels operated by professional dealers in a controlled studio environment. ace888 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ace888 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the player's account. ace888's decision in such matters is final.

Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the commencement of the relevant event. ace888 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or materially altered, in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one ace888 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such bugs must be reported to ace888 support immediately.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to use your ace888 account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ace888 platform — including but not limited to the ace888 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ace888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ace888 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ace888 platform without the prior written consent of ace888.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ace888 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ace888 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction or system error.

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

ace888's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ace888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ace888's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Suspension & Termination

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ace888's decisions regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject only to manifest error or fraud.
